I can understand your excitement, though it's something I'll never be going through myself, and wish you all success.
I hate to tell you how long I was writing before I had my first book accepted for publication. You may very well find yourself being published some day.
Gail, I'm not looking for publication. I prefer to go my own way. Rilke pretty much sums up why I write: 'The point of life is to fail at greater and greater things.' Each novel a greater challenge.
